the avengers tower.

Originally the Stark Tower, the Avengers Tower is an arc-reactor powered skyscraper in New York City. The whole structure is currently overseen by Jarvis, a well-mannered artificial intelligence that will be more than happy to show you around, give instructions on how to work the coffee machine, politely suggest you may wish to shower while explaining what a shower is, and lock certain doors you should not be trying to get into.

The bottom floor is a public lobby, but it gets immediately more secure after that. The whole structure is like one hundred floors and there is some limiting of access where a lot of room is dedicated to storage or construction, and I am not going to fill in those details if the whole franchise barely bothered to use this setpiece outside of two and a half movies.

The top ten floors, besides Tony's personal penthouse, are devoted to research and development, with fully outfitted high-tech laboratories, medical bays, blast rooms, and engineering facilities. It is outfitted for literally every branch of science you can imagine.

There is also an armoury for guns and other kinds of weaponry.

Below these levels are more than enough personal apartments, all sort of garishly decorated like if an expensive airport lounge had a bedroom. You can assume access to such a room, assigned to you via your biometrics. There are also a few different large communal spaces, with kitchens, living rooms, event spaces with fully stocked bars, digital libraries and AV lounges, and so on and so forth.

There are a lot of vertigo-inducing floor-to-ceiling windows, elevators, chrome, marble, and glass. Enjoy.
